Over the years, I've spent my time crafting succinct creative briefs and executive presentations, writing website content, designing apps, collaborating on editorial guidelines, writing documentation, and hosting writing workshops for engineers, program managers, designers, and marketers across Microsoft.

My portfolio shows the range of my experience and capability. 

I recently took on a new challenge—people management. I'm currently leading a talented team of Content Designers crafting Microsoft Dynamics 365 product experiences. But, really, I focus on making our design studio the best place to work in the world. I'm learning a lot about leadership, finance, and how to operationalize impact at scale. It's not something I ever imagined for myself. We'll see what the universe has in store. What a ride!

I'm also an active member of the Microsoft Editorial Board supporting the Microsoft Writing Style Guide, and you can often find me evangelizing content design within the Fluent Design Community.
